Zutaten von Tarator-Sauce, Dip
- 250 g of Naturjoghurt.
- 125 g of Sesampaste (Tahini).
- 2 of Knoblauchzehen.
- 2 EL of gehackte Petersilie.
- of Saft einer halben Zitrone.
- 1/2 TL of Salz oder nach Geschmack.
Anleitung Tarator-Sauce, Dip
- Joghurt und Sesampaste zusammen mischen. Knoblauch schälen und pressen und dazugeben. Zitrone pressen und den Saft hinzufügen. Die gehackte Petersilie dazugeben. Mit Salz abschmecken. Alles sehr gut mischen. Guten Appetit :).
Tartar sauce tends to accompany seafood (both fried and fresh) and can be used as a dip or a spread. In my opinion, the main difference between the original French sauce tartare and more American.
