Zutaten von Tarator-Sauce, Dip

  1. 250 g of Naturjoghurt.
  2. 125 g of Sesampaste (Tahini).
  3. 2 of Knoblauchzehen.
  4. 2 EL of gehackte Petersilie.
  5. of Saft einer halben Zitrone.
  6. 1/2 TL of Salz oder nach Geschmack.

Anleitung Tarator-Sauce, Dip

  1. Joghurt und Sesampaste zusammen mischen. Knoblauch schälen und pressen und dazugeben. Zitrone pressen und den Saft hinzufügen. Die gehackte Petersilie dazugeben. Mit Salz abschmecken. Alles sehr gut mischen. Guten Appetit :).

Tartar sauce tends to accompany seafood (both fried and fresh) and can be used as a dip or a spread. In my opinion, the main difference between the original French sauce tartare and more American.
